Offline Spreadsheet App for Small Business
Keep flexible calculations and lists beside your POS. After setup, spreadsheets work from this device without a live connection and never change your inventory records.

Sound familiar?
A connection drops while you work
A small shop still needs room for ad hoc calculations and lists when the internet is unavailable.
Every task does not fit a fixed workflow
Use a flexible grid for plans, budgets, or other working notes while the POS handles sales and stock.
Manual sheets should not control stock
A planning spreadsheet can sit beside transaction-based inventory without changing item quantities.
Built for how you actually work
Edit on This Device Offline
After the app and workspace are set up, open and edit spreadsheets using local browser storage without a live connection.
87 Excel-Compatible Functions
Build calculations with 87 Excel-compatible functions, cell references, ranges, and formulas across tabs.
Multiple Tabs in One Spreadsheet
Separate related lists or calculations into tabs and refer to cells on another tab.
Open and Save XLSX or CSV
XLSX import and export handle values and supported formulas; supported number formats and column widths can be retained. CSV import reads values, and CSV export writes computed values. Visual Excel cell styles such as colors and borders are not imported.
Paste from Familiar Sheets
Copy a range from Excel or Google Sheets and paste it into the grid to keep working locally.
Work Beside Your POS
Your spreadsheet is separate from items, sales, and stock. It does not change inventory quantities or feed POS reports.

Does the spreadsheet work offline?
Yes. After the app and workspace are set up, spreadsheet editing works on this device without internet. Initial loading and registration still require a connection.
Can I open my Excel file?
Yes. Import an .xlsx file to bring in values and supported formulas. Supported number formats and column widths can be retained, but visual cell styles such as colors and borders are not imported. XLSX export keeps supported formulas; CSV export contains computed values.
Does a spreadsheet change my inventory?
No. Spreadsheets are separate documents and do not read or update items, sales, or stock. Use the POS and inventory workflows for those records.
Does a spreadsheet sync to my other devices?
No. A spreadsheet does not sync through Cloud Sync. It is stored on this device and included in workspace backup exports, which you can restore elsewhere.
